Today, AI21 Labs, an Israel-based AI engineering and consulting firm, has announced the launch of their new product, Contextual Answers: A Ready-to-Use AI Engine for Enterprise Data. This platform makes it easier for enterprises to access and leverage the power of AI to unlock their vast stores of insights.
Contextual Answers, built on top of Google Cloud’s ASR Machine Learning Platform, is a ready-to-use AI engine that provides context-aware answers and recommendations. The platform is designed to process data from multiple sources, such as an enterprise’s CRM system, web analytics, customer service platform, and more, enabling businesses to get insights from unstructured data.
Contextual Answers also simplifies AI engineering, allowing businesses to quickly create custom AI models. This could lead to better decision-making, as well as new opportunities to leverage AI to help increase efficiency, reduce costs, fine-tune operations, and make more informed decisions.
The platform also addresses privacy concerns, as it can be configured to allow access to only certain data sources, and data remains securely stored in the enterprise’s own data centers.
