Nvidia and Snowflake recently announced an agreement that will enable customers to develop and deploy applications in the Snowflake Data Cloud using generative AI capabilities from Nvidia. With this collaboration, Snowflake and Nvidia aim to provide users with the tools and infrastructure they need to create AI-enabled applications and drive innovation and value creation.
The two companies plan to join forces to deliver a cloud-native experience for customers who are interested in developing generative AI applications using Snowflake. This will include the ability to capture, store, and analyze large amounts of data in Snowflake. Additionally, customers will have access to AI and HPC-accelerated computing that can help power business-critical workloads.
The partnership will enable customers to develop applications that leverage the combined power of data, AI, and analytics. The tools and infrastructure available through Snowflake will also enhance the performance and scalability of AI applications while still providing users with greater control and insight.
In addition to developing AI applications, customers leveraging the Snowflake Data Cloud will also have access to data science-as-a-service products, such as Vivarium, and have the ability to quickly prototype new DL/ML and deep learning models.
